Gratitude is an emotion, one that makes us feel happier. It is also a mood and can fill a whole cup up of goodness.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The process of it is noticing what’s around us, what’s present and abundant. It’s thinking about the good things in our lives. It can be for things that are tangible or non tangible. It’s something that we can then call upon in our toolkit to help us when challenging times face us. Oooh sounds good doesn’t it?
